Martin J. Arbus
Martin J. Arbus has been practicing for 48 years and specializes in Commercial and Real Estate litigation, Personal Injury, Malpractice, Estate Litigation, Municipal Law, and Planning and Zoning Matters.  He has been chosen as an arbitrator for both Commercial Matters and Personal Injury cases in the Monmouth County Courthouse. 
Mr. Arbus had been designated by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney since the certification process began in 1982.  Out of 80,000 lawyers in New Jersey he was one of only a small percentage of lawyers that had earned this elite professional credential and was among approximately 200 lawyers statewide that had maintained that status since 1982. 
Mr. Arbus was the Township Attorney in the Township of Ocean from July 2005 to July 2023. Prior to that he had been the Planning Board Attorney in Ocean for 14 years and had also been the Judge of the Ocean Municipal Court.  He was also the Planning Board Attorney in the City of Long Branch for over 15 years.
Mr. Arbus acted as the attorney for the Greater Ocean Township Chamber of Commerce (GOTCC) since its inception and was the President of that organization in 1991.  He was honored as their Business Person of the Year and was inducted into the GOTCC Hall of Fame as part of the first group of inductees.  Mr. Arbus has also served as the President of the Monmouth County Business Association (MCBA) in 1986 and as its attorney and Board Member for many years.    

Mr. Arbus graduated Rutgers Camden Law School with honors in 1976.  He is licensed to practice in the New Jersey State Courts, U.S. District Court of New Jersey, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.  He is also a member of the Monmouth County and New Jersey Bar Associations. Sam Maybruch

Sam Maybruch has been practicing for over 45 years and specializes in Commercial Litigation, Commercial and Residential Real Estate and Professional Malpractice Matters.  
In 2013, Mr. Maybruch was selected as a New Jersey Super Lawyer in Business Litigation, which is limited to those attorneys who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. This recognition was repeated in both 2014 and 2015.  The selection process is multi-phased and includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations.  Mr. Maybruch was also recognized as one of New Jersey’s top attorneys for those years. 
Mr. Maybruch serves on the Commercial Arbitration Panel in Monmouth County and was instrumental in implementing that program. He has been appointed as a Provisional Director and Special Fiscal Agent in various Chancery Matters in Monmouth County.

Matthew Goode

Matthew Goode has been practicing for over 20 years and specializes in Local Government Law, Estates and Trusts, Commercial Litigation, Residential and Commercial Real Estate, and Tax Matters.

Mr. Goode is the Borough Attorney for the Borough of Freehold and the Township Attorney for the Township of Ocean.  He is also Tax Counsel for the Borough of Freehold, Township of Ocean, and  Township of Aberdeen.  He has served as Special County Counsel for the County of Monmouth from 2009 through 2012 and assisted the County in eminent domain and real estate purchase and sale matters. Mr. Goode has also been appointed as counsel by the Monmouth County Probate Court for guardianship matters.   

Mr. Goode graduated from the University of Georgia Law School in 2001 and is licensed to practice in the New Jersey State Courts and the U.S. District Court of New Jersey, Eastern District of Texas, Northern District of Texas, and Southern District of Texas. He is also a member of the Monmouth County and New Jersey Bar Associations.
